Welcome back to fantasy baseball and our outlook on proposed two-start pitchers! To me, the MLB four-day All-Star break always feels like about a month off from fantasy baseball. In my golf league, I had to listen to one of my fellow league mates complain that one of his pitchers went on the disabled list with a blister on his finger. His complaint, like many others, is that it seems that MLB players seem to go on the DL list more often than previous years, due mostly to the new rule that shortened the time from 15 days to 10 days.
