12+2 MLB Keepers and keep all 15 milb roster spots (See Keepers section below for details)

New for 2014: 100 acuisitions cap for the regular season (BOTH MLB AND milb)
-This change is a necessary evil of transitioning to Fantrax and unifying our FA pool to have all MLB and milb players listed on the wire.

    Major League (MLB) Roster

    C-1
    1B-1
    2B-1
    SS-1
    3B-1
    CF-1
    OF-3

    SP-4
    RP-4
    P-2
    BENCH-4 players of any position/pitchers
    DL-5

Active Roster: 21 spots (must ALL be filled daily or you will not accumulate points). You don't need a player actually playing a game every day in every lineup spot but you need to have the bare minimum of the positions listed above on your roster and a bare minimum of 21 players overall in order to field a player at all starting lineup spots.

TOTAL MLB ROSTER: 25 + 5 DL spots

*NOTE: You may keep players without MLB AB/IP on your MLB roster but only in your 4 bench spots.*

    Minor League (milb) Roster

15 players with zero or under 600 careeer MLB AB/ 150 career MLB IP/ 60 MLB pitching appearances that are under contract with one of the 30 clubs in Major League Baseball. Players claimed/demoted to your milb roster that have surpassed these requirements are subject to be dropped by the Commissioner to the waiver wire.

***MLB Rule 4 Draftees, Newly posted NPB players, and newly declared IFA's cleared by to play by MLB must be subject to an offseason milb entry draft before they can be claimed as Free agents.***

    Promotions/Demotions:

You may promote a milb roster player to your MLB roster at any time regardless of service time but players with zero mlb experience can only occupy your reserve lineup spots, not any of your 21 active scoring positions.

If a player surpasses any of the milb roster AB/IP/GP limits while on your milb roster he can be kept for the remainder of that surpassing season on your milb roster until he is promoted or cut.

You may not demote a player from your MLB roster to your milb roster that has crossed any of the eligibility limits.

You may not re-promote a player that you demote to your milb roster for a full 7 days (168 hours). Violation of this rule will lead to forfeiture of any points scored in a scoring period by player(s) that have not been on the milb roster a full 7 days after demotion. Please report suspected violations of this rule by your H2H oppenent to the Commissioner.

    OFFSEASON and KEEPERS:

    OFFSEASON:

-All players from your end of previous year roser are eligible for trade up to the keeper deadline once the league is re-opened the next calendar year.

-Keeper Deadline will be TBA each offseason while we get everyone signed up for the new season.

    KEEPERS:

-12 MAJOR LEAGUE PLAYERS with MLB playing time

-UP TO 2 ADDITIONAL PLAYERS who have MLB AB/IP but still meet milb roster requirements who are also kept on your MLB roster as 13th and 14th keepers

-UP TO YOUR FULL 15 milb ROSTER SPOTS (may or may not have MLB playing time) *see Minor League (milb) Roster section*

    MLB and milb offseason drafts:

All unkept players with MLB experience will be re-disbursed via the MLB draft which will be held after the Keeper deadline. It will be an offline draft via our league's message board and FA wire. (Commissioner to post/update pick order and GM's can add their picks via the FA wire).
-MLB draft will be in reverse order of h2h record w/ least overall points as a tiebreaker.
-Supplemental pick at end of 1st round awarded to winner of non-playoff consolation ladder
-All present and future draft picks may be traded but you may not accumulate more than 2 extra picks in any given draft.

After the MLB draft we will hold the milb draft for all unkept players that are eligible for milb rosters.
-All present and future draft picks may be traded but you may not accumulate more than 2 extra picks in any given draft.
-Being a free league the "prize" in this league is a top 8 milb draft pick for making the playoffs. This is to encourage GM's to make aggressive moves to improve the competiveness of their rosters.
-milb draft order is determined in the following manner:
