    Teams:
         - Team names will be that have actual MLB teams.
         - American division teams will be placed in the American division in this league. The same for National.

    Trade Restriction:
        - No draft picks beyond the next season can be dealt.
        - Any trade deemed 'not in the best interest of fair play' will be vetoed.

    Roster Moves:
        - There will be a cap of 50 roster moves during the season.
        - There is no limit on trades.

    Waiver Draft Eligibility:
        - All Players are eligible for the Waiver Draft MUST have played in at least 1 MLB game.

    Minors Draft Eligible:
        - Any Player meeting the minors eligibility requirements of Games Pitched or ABs is eligible. This includes all
unsigned drafted players and/or international players. If your pick does not sign a contract, you lose the
rights to that player.  You lose the rights to a drafted player IF:
              1)  The player enters college (for MLB high school draftees).
              2)  The U.S. player is unsigned by end MLB regular season in which drafted or claimed.
              3)  The International Player does NOT sign by end of MLB season in which drafted or claimed.
        - The entry drafts take place as follows:
              1)  Off season 2 round draft.
              2)  In season 2 round draft (after MLB draft).

    Minors Team Makeup:

        - Players that have surpassed the eligibility limits cannot be sent back to the Minors.
        - You may only move a player from your Minors roster to your MLB roster if they have played a game in the MLB.
        - Players must have been signed or drafted by a MLB team.

    Roster Protection:
        - At the conclusion of your season, you can choose up to 12 players to protect from your active roster.
        - If you have players that meet the minors eligibility rules, you will not need to protect them.  They are exempt
if you so choose to keep them for next year without counting toward the keeper limit. This includes your minors
          players also.

    Draft Order:
        - MINORS DRAFT ORDER:  To foster competitive play in our consolation bracket, the entry drafts will be by the
          following order of final finish:  9 - 10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 - 15 - 16 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 -3 -2 - 1.
        - WAIVER DRAFT ORDER:  The first place team will be rewarded with the first overall choice. The last place team
will be given the 16th overall pick. This draft is for all the players not protected to retool the rosters for the
          upcoming season.
        - Both drafts will snake.

    Draft Pick Trading:

          - Draft picks can be traded up to 1 year in the future for both drafts; Waiver and Minors.
          - League Manager will keep track of all draft picks trades in a thread on the league forum.

    League Etiquette:
        - Respond to trades and e-mails in a timely manner.
        - Provide feedback on trade offers over flat out rejections.
        - Try to reel back on the harsh language when responding back.  Some owners views on the value of certain types of players differ (ie prospects, pitchers, hitters, even draft picks).
        - Try to keep discussions over chat and threads at least semi-civil.  Don't air dirty laundry over either.
        - Let the LM know if you're going to be away for any time over a week.
