Throwing an Awesome Fantasy Football Draft Party

Fantasy owners are inundated with daily information prior to our fantasy draft day. Well, come to think of it, that’s not accurate. With social media, we’re constantly hit with up to the second information. #BREAKING causes us to lose focus. A training camp hype video. Replays from preseason games. Our favorite analyst's latest tiers and rankings. Mock draft analyzer tool that comes free with a year-long subscription? Sign me up! Wait, what were we talking about again?By now, you’ve done most of the research and should…

Fantasy Football: Week 14 Recap

You could make a case for Week 14 as the most exciting week of the 2017 regular season. We had our first blizzard game, the Browns nearly had a win, and some guy called Trey Burton led all tight ends in fantasy points (24.1). Seriously, though, this was a big week for owners, and quite an unpredictable one. There were some big breakout performers that we'd kinda forgotten about, and a few big names that were a real Debbie downer. Here's your recap: Thumbs UpCan the Cowboys actually salvage this thing? They might…

Fantasy Football: Week 13 Recap

What can we take away from Week 13? The playoff picture may be no clearer than it was a week ago, and as far as fantasy is concerned, it really was the week of the running back. Lost among the NFC South/AFC West playoff talk was Tom Brady's unusual 258-yard, zero-touchdown, one-interception performance against the Bills. He totaled only 8.3 PPR points on Sunday, a rare occurrence indeed. Fortunately, if you do own Brady, the following players more than made up for his un-MVP like performance. Here's your Week 13 wrap:…

Fantasy Football: Week 6 Recap

Thank god we finally saw the return of a little smashmouth football in Week 6. Many of the game's elite RB's shone brightly on Sunday, but Le'Veon Bell was once again among the standouts, rushing for 179 yards and a TD. If I could somehow show the same kind of patience whilst driving as Bell does waiting for a hole to open up in the backfield, my blood pressure would be several points lower. Seriously though, Bell's 28.1 fantasy points against the Chiefs D/ST was widely unexpected. Then again, you can't assume anything this…

Fantasy Football: Week 6 Rankings

We see some familiar faces return this week, but also lose the likes of LeSean McCoy, A.J. Green, Dez Bryant and Russell Wilson to the bye. It would be nice to label Week 6 as the most predictable slate of games, but with the Jaguars sitting 3-2, I don't even know anymore. Don't get too down, though! There are plenty of money matchups to take advantage of this week, like the Dolphins' trip to Atlanta or the Browns' visit to Houston. Of course, if the last few weeks have taught us anything, it's that this is a wide-open year…
